Dr. Eric Brown is a board certified emergency medicine physician and healthcare executive with extensive experience in emergency and urgent care medicine. He is the founder and CEO of Integrative Urgent Care and Ladera Urgent Care, where he oversees high-volume, award-winning clinical operations serving diverse communities in Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Valley. Over his career, Dr. Brown has held leadership roles across multiple hospitals and committees, contributing to advancements in patient care, clinical quality, and organizational growth. He earned his BS from Morehouse College, MD from the University of California, Los Angeles, residency training in Emergency Medicine at Martin Luther King Jr. Hospital, and completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona.

Avril Delgardo, MSN, RN, AGACNP-BC, is a dual board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with more than 14 years of critical care and emergency nursing experience. She currently provides urgent care services at Ladera Urgent Care and PIH Urgent Care, as well as advanced wound care and concierge telehealth medicine. Avril has extensive expertise in acute care, trauma, and patient education, having served as an ICU nurse, charge nurse, and clinical educator. She earned her advanced nursing degrees at Grand Canyon University and is recognized for her leadership, patient advocacy, and commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.
